Remember, That One Chapter Said that Shisui was know for his Flicker Jutsu, Also, Maybe Shisui Petended to commit Suicide and Itachi was telling the truth about not killing Shisui, he just told Saskue that to inspire Saskue, maybe itachi used another method to Get His MS, I think that Shisui attacked Itachi before that meeting and Itachi had Destroyed Shisui’s Left Eye, and Before His battle against saskue toi had badly injured Itachi, I think that Itachi never killed the clan, i think that Shisui/Tobi (unconfirmed) killed them while Itachi tried to protect them, and Shisui told Itachi that only Saskue could Defeat Him and Itachi lied About Killing the clan and showed Saskue False Visions through Tsukoyomi.
